28 Main Street, Essex,Connecticut

From I-95:  Exit 69 (Route 9 North).  Take Route 9 North to exit 3.  Turn left at the stop sign at the bottom of the ramp onto Route 154 North.  Turn right at the first traffic light onto West Avenue.  Go ½ mile to a stop sign.  At the stop sign there will be a map/sign; bear right (but don’t go onto South Main Street) and follow the sign directions to West Avenue/Essex Village.  Continue approximately ¼ mile to downtown Essex, and proceed on Main Street for approximately ¼ mile.  The Center for Psychotherapy, Inc. (28 Main Street) is in a white colonial house on the right side of the street; parking is in the rear.
